HIGH PRESSURE PUMPING

Pressure pumping units consist of Tandem axle, Single axle and One-ton units. This allows a wide range of fluid hauling capacities to 8 cubic meters and pumping capabilities from 1 lpm, to 500 lpm and up to 35,000 kpa.  Operators are experienced in the pumping of various fluids, including sulphur solvents in any operation ranging from production to construction to well servicing.  All units have compartmentalized tanks and are fully equipped; steel line pipe, breathing air, electronic metering/recording are standard equipment on most units.

FLUID TRANSPORTATION

Fluid transportation units include sweet service, pressured service and fresh and potable water units. Tank specifications include full spec. TC412, TC407 and TC406 units. Pressurized units have been designed to load to a legal payload without venting and sour product units have relief systems connected to scrubbers to prevent odors from being released. A variety of combinations are available with capacity up to 45 cubic meters.

VACUUM SERVICE

Vacuum units may be requested as a straight vacuum unit or with hot water wash either with two or three drive axles.  Helpers are available if required.  Units are capable of handling all turnaround, well service and production type work inlcuding confined space entries.

STEAMING AND HIGH PRESSURE PUMPING

Steaming and high-pressure cleaning units area available for hydrate removal, equipment cleaning including fan coil units as well as vessel steaming and entries for cleaning during turnarounds.

CHEMICAL SALES AND DELIVERY

Products such as methanol, methanol/water mix, condensate, inhibitors, KCL water, frac fluids and specifically designed wax solvents are all readily available.

SCRUBBERS

The scrubbing system is the leading edge in atmospheric scrubbing of H₂S gas.  The system uses a dry environmentally friendly chemical and is sized to accommodate flow rates to 1500 SCFM.

OTHER OILFIELD SERVICES

Equipment such as storage tanks, pressure recorders, calibrated recording equipment, dead weights, hydro-treating supervision, scrubbers, large volume pumps and other miscellaneous equipment and expertise are available.
